It's hard to figure out what's going on with Trump. Maybe he really wants to do this for his Legacy. Maybe it's just more of his usual bluster and nonsense. In any case, this will all go the way of his Wall that Mexico will pay for: bringing back manufacturing, repealing Obamacare, 4% economic growth and so forth. Most of his plans involve factors beyond his control and will never happen.
